These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zestpic mobile application (“App”), provided by the developer (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using Zestpic, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Zestpic solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute the App or any part of it.

2. User Content & Privacy

You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and Live Photos you process using Zestpic. We do not access, collect, or store your media files. All processing—including compression, renaming, exporting, and folder creation—is performed locally on your device.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring your content does not infringe any copyright or intellectual property rights
• Complying with all applicable local laws when using the App

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use Zestpic for any illegal, infringing, or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any local, national, or international laws
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Sell, sublicense, or distribute any part of the App for commercial gain
